SGT-AT-ARMS
GEORGE STOKES
IS
LOOKING FOR YOU!

Here
is our beloved Sgt-At-Arms, Dr. George Stokes, with his legendary Ohio
State tin and the Roto News in hand, placing a "fine"
on Richard Backman for . . . I think it was
. . . or was it for . . . well, in
any event, I'm sure the fine was justified . . . or
was it?
YOU WON'T
REALLY KNOW FOR SURE UNLESS YOU ARE THERE!
SEE
YOU AT OUR NEXT ROTARY MEETING!
Chartered on April 10, 1981,
the Rotary Club of North Ridgeville continues to be one of the most progressive
and active community organizations within the City of North Ridgeville.
We actively support numerous
community service organizations and projects, including the North Ridgeville
Senior Center, Community Care, and act as the sole sponsor of the North
Ridgeville Annual Easter Egg Hunt.
Our club has one of the strongest
International Service Committees within the area with support for the
Rotary Foundation, World Service Projects, and participation in the Exchange
Student Program.
Vocational and Youth Services
have been a particular emphasis of our club, and we continue to actively
participate in RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards), sponsorship of the
Interact Club at the North Ridgeville High School, North Ridgeville School
Endowment, annual scholarships to graduating North Ridgeville students,
and the acknowledgement of two Students of the Month every month during
the school term.
All of this is made possible
by our revenue projects that our members conduct throughout the year;
which include our Sports Extravaganza, Night at the Races, Spring Fling,
Entertainment Book sales, and our North Ridgeville Club Foundation.
Come
join us at our next meeting this Friday at noon at the North Ridgeville
Senior Center for good fellowship, good food, and the opportunity to learn
more about how you can become a part of our club!

The
North Ridgeville Senior Center is home to the Rotary Club of North Ridgeville
